You have 3 months from the date of your invoice to send a book back for full credit, less the shipping and handling. The original invoice or a copy of the packing slip should accompany your return item.
Credits or refunds are processed approximately 4-6 weeks from the date that we receive your returned book. Unless directed otherwise, if you paid by credit card, your card will be charged back; if you paid by check, you will receive a refund check; and if you sent us a purchase order, we will issue a credit memo on your account for use toward future purchases or to satisfy an existing open invoice.

I did not receive a book I ordered
If you order several books and one or more of them did not arrive, it may be because the book is temporarily out of stock, or because the book has not been published yet. Our Customer Service Department can verify the status of your order and provide an estimated shipping date.
If your book is out of stock or not published yet then your credit card will not be charged until we ship the book. This means your credit card may be charged several times as books become available for shipment, but it is our policy never to charge for books that have not been sent.
Out of stock Items
There are times when we run low on books and have to print more. This may create a temporary out-of-stock condition and require that we back order your request for a book. Generally speaking, we are not out of stock of books for very long. We will notify you if this occurs.
Some of the books listed on our Web site have not been published yet. These titles are captioned with a Final Version is Forthcoming banner. You can pre-order a book that is not yet available. As soon as the book is available it is sent according to the original shipping instructions we received.
There are a number of factors that affect the publication date of a book which makes it difficult to predict when copies will be available for sale. When you pre-order a book that has not been published yet, your credit card is not charged until we ship the book to you. This protects you in the event that a book is canceled or if you decide later that you want to cancel your order.
I got the wrong book
Generally speaking, if we shipped the wrong book, we'll send our carrier to pick up the wrong book and reship the title you ordered.
I didn't get enough copies
If we didn't send you enough copies, we'll get the additional shipment out to you immediately.
I got too many copies
If we sent too many books and you've been kind enough to tell us, we'll have our carrier pick up the extras when it is convenient for you.
