Book Trade Customer Return Policy
It is not necessary to ask permission to return books. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or the original invoice information. Books returned without invoice information will be credited at the maximum allowable discount. Books must be unmarked and in salable condition. Upon receipt of books in salable condition, a credit memo will be issued.
