A Statement of Work As a follow-on activity to the Committee for Review and Assessment of the Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH), the Board on Infrastructure and the Constructed Environment (BICE) will conduct a workshop to review and comment on HUD’s PATH Program Review, Strategy and Performance Metrics, and FY05 Operating Plan. The workshop participants will be asked to comment on the draft plan and measures and whether (1) the goals are accurately communicated; (2) the measures are effective for assessing progress toward the goals and can be feasibly monitored; and (3) the goals and measures provide adequate depictions of innovation in the homebuilding industry. The participants will also be asked to suggest possible strategies for the dissemination of this information to interested parties in the homebuilding industry.
