Appendix C STATEMENT OF TASK An NRC committee will evaluate potential air quality, public health, and other impacts of EPA's final rules of December 31, 2002, and October 27, 2003, relating to "prevention of significant deterioration" in areas currently meeting air quality standards and "new source review" in areas that do not currently meet air quality standards. The programs are collectively referred to as NSR.
