... Chat -- Fine aggregate used to spread on flushed/bleeding chip seals as an emergency repair measure to restore skid resistance. Chip seal -- A bituminous surface treatment that can be a single, double, or triple application of bituminous binder and cover aggregate on an existing paved surface.
