In the detailed analysis of BC Transit's feeder service provided in the TCRP study, "all the schedulers who were interviewed agreed that, for two-legged trips, feeder trips required no more telephone scheduling time than direct paratransit trips (this could be due to the short fixed-route headways that precluded the need for coordination between modes)
