Criteria specific to the evaluation of these programs were beyond the commiKee's current scope, but it was recognized by the committee and agreed to by the Army sponsor that many of the criteria could be applied to technologies other than neutralization. Criteria similar to those being developed for the Army's Chemical Stockpile Disposal Program may also be useful in the Russian Chemical Weapons Disposal Program, which may be financially supported by the United States.
