If, pursuant to section 174, the Secretary of the Amly is required to implement an alternative technology process for destruction of chem~cal weapons at any low-volume site, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a revised chemical weapons disposal concept plan incorporating the alternative technology process and reflecting the revised stockpile disposal schedule developed under section 1412(b)
