D-1 APPENDIX D – SURVEY TO STATE DOT REPORTERS OF FUNDING DATA ICF International and High Street Consulting Group are managing a research effort funded by the National Highway Cooperative Research Program to evaluate the "Survey of State Funding for Public Transportation" report. The most recent report is available on AASHTO's Standing Committee on Public Transport (SCOPT) webpage. As a part of this review, we are reaching out to those individuals within state DOTs who are responsible for reporting the data that is included in this report. It is our understanding that you responded to the most recent report for your state. We would greatly appreciate your input and ask that you fill out the attached survey. We expect that this survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete. We hope that, with your input, we can make improvements to this valuable product.
